2.	excellent location within the gas lamp quarters. only set backs are - no free internet access in the room, levying of $0.75 cents for everycall, including 1800 calling card calls and breakfast not included.

3.	Rooms are very small. If you are only there for the sightseeing, and not spending a lot of time in your room, I guess it is OK. No self parking creates issues in transferring items from car to hotel. We stayed Sunday and left Wednesday, so the noise was not too bad, however, if staying during the weekend, I believe the noise level would be extremely bad.
